Haier HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 14+8 KG All-in-One Washer Dryer
The Haier HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 is a 14+8 KG All-in-One Washer Dryer designed for households that want high-capacity washing and integrated drying in a single appliance. It provides 14 KG washing capacity and 8 KG drying capacity, together with a BLDC Inverter Motor, Full Color Touch Screen, Ultra Fresh Air, Smart Dosing, Smart Wash (Essence Wash), Scent+ and an AI Sensor Dryer. Wi-Fi operation through the Haismart app also adds connected control for compatible functions. Before buying, compare the washing and drying capacities, installation space, water and drainage connections, smart functions and warranty with your household needs.
14+8 KG Wash & Dry Capacity
The HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 provides 14 KG washing capacity and 8 KG drying capacity. This large washing capacity can suit households that regularly handle bigger laundry loads, while the integrated 8 KG dryer provides additional convenience after washing. Remember that the maximum drying capacity is lower than the maximum washing capacity, so a full 14 KG wash load may need to be divided before drying.
BLDC Inverter Motor
The BLDC Inverter Motor is designed to provide controlled operation for washing and drying cycles. Inverter motor technology is an important consideration when comparing premium front-load washer dryers, particularly for households that expect regular use from a large-capacity appliance.
Full Color Touch Screen
The Full Color Touch Screen provides a modern interface for accessing available programmes and functions. The visual touch controls make it easier to review and select washing, drying and smart-care options during everyday operation.
Ultra Fresh Air
Ultra Fresh Air is designed to improve air circulation inside the drum after a cycle. This can help reduce the stale environment that may develop when laundry remains inside the machine after washing or drying, making it a useful feature for busy households.
Smart Dosing
Smart Dosing automatically manages detergent and softener dispensing according to the laundry requirements. Instead of manually measuring detergent for every suitable cycle, the system is designed to dispense an appropriate amount from the available supply.
Smart Wash with Essence Wash
Smart Wash adds intelligent washing control, while Essence Wash uses targeted detergent application as part of the washing process. Together, these technologies provide additional automation and washing flexibility for customers who want a more advanced laundry-care system.
AI Sensor Dryer
The inbuilt AI Sensor Dryer uses sensing technology to monitor drying conditions and support appropriate drying of suitable laundry. With an 8 KG drying capacity, it gives users the convenience of washing and drying in the same appliance without requiring a separate standalone dryer.
Wi-Fi & Haismart App Connectivity
Wi-Fi connectivity allows compatible functions of the HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 to be controlled through the Haismart app. This adds connected operation for customers who prefer managing supported appliance functions from a compatible mobile device.
Scent+ Function
The Scent+ function provides an additional laundry-care option designed to enhance fragrance when used with suitable fabric softener and laundry settings. It adds another dedicated choice to the machine's range of washing functions.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How much laundry can I wash in HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 at once?
HWD140-BPD14387GNU1: Washing Capacity — 14 KG. Use the manual's load limits for each programme; bulky bedding may need a lower load than the headline capacity.
How fast can HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 spin, and does that mean clothes come out dry?
HWD140-BPD14387GNU1: Maximum Spin Speed — 1400 RPM. Spinning removes water but is not the same as heated drying; do not assume a dryer is included.
Is HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 the right loading type for my laundry space?
HWD140-BPD14387GNU1: Type — Front Load Fully Automatic Washer Dryer. Allow access for opening the lid or door, as well as hose connections.
Can HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 dry the same amount that it washes?
HWD140-BPD14387GNU1: Drying Capacity — 8 KG. Compare this drying limit with the wash capacity; use only the drying programmes and loads listed in the manual.
Which wash programmes are listed for HWD140-BPD14387GNU1?
HWD140-BPD14387GNU1: Number of Programs — 11. Choose the programme for the garment care label, not just the fastest cycle.
Will HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 work with my home's water pressure?
HWD140-BPD14387GNU1: Near Zero Water Pressure Operation (NZP) — Yes. Ask your installer to check the actual inlet pressure and the manual's limits; this listing is not a guarantee for every water supply.
What needs checking before installing HWD140-BPD14387GNU1?
Check water-inlet and drain arrangements, a level floor and the model's electrical requirements. Follow the manual for transport restraints and permitted filter and detergent-drawer cleaning; use qualified help for faults.
Will HWD140-BPD14387GNU1 fit in the space I have?
Listed appliance dimensions: Physical Specifications — Net Dimension (W × D × H): 595 × 623 × 850 mm. These are not installation clearances. Allow the manual's ventilation and access space, and measure doorways before delivery.
What warranty coverage is listed for HWD140-BPD14387GNU1?
Motor Warranty: Lifetime; Spare Parts Warranty: 2 Years; Free Service: 2 Years. Check the supplied warranty terms for exclusions and service conditions, and retain your invoice; component coverage is not necessarily whole-appliance coverage.
